- Picture of existing pallet rack. Sources Sought Information Request Form THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. The USPFO for SC is seeking information on potential firms qualified to provide quotes on a future solicitation. The anticipated contract will be a firm fixed-price contract for Structural Pallet Racks for the USPFO Warehouse, 9 National Guard Road, Columbia, SC 29201. The mandatory specifications are as follows: Racks part shall be 100% compatible with existing system for future needs of the organization (see attached picture of existing system). 4 sections of racks each shall be 96in wide x 48in deep x 84in height. Each rack shall have two shelves with two pieces of wire decking and 4 front to back supports per shelf. Each shelf shall having a load capacity of 6000lb. Beam height shall be 4in and each beam shall be adjustable on 2in centers. Contractor is responsible for providing the parts and materials and labor for the installation of these racks. The expected NAICS code for this procurement is 332439-"Other Metal Container Manufacturing". Any information submitted is voluntary and at no cost to the Government. Request interested firms fill out and return attached Sources Sought Information Request Form along with descriptive literature which shows the specifications and pictures of the proposed system. Responses to this notice will assist the Government in identifying potential sources and determining if a set-aside of the solicitation is appropriate. Responses must be received no later than 1:00 p.m., EST, on 31 June, 2018 to be considered. Send all responses via email with the subject line "SOURCES SOUGHT - Structural Pallet Racks" to Blake S.
