- Contractor is to furnish all necessary labor, supervision, and materials necessary to perform all required lawn maintenance services for the Southern Research Station-Forestry Sciences Laboratory located in Hot Springs, AR. The facility is located within National Park boundaries. Physical address is 607 Spring Street, Hot Springs, AR 71902. The contract will be awarded for a twelve month Base Period and four (4) twelve month Option Periods. Mowed area is estimated to be approximately 1 acre. The contract requires the selected individual to provide lawn care maintenance/services as described in this Statement of Work, twice per month from March - November, and once per month from December - February.
