Description

This is a presolicitation notice synopsizing the upcoming release of a solicitation for a services contract VHA Network Contracting Office 5 will be issuing a solicitation for the provision of shuttle transportation services for the VA Maryland Health Care System. The shuttle transportation services will consist of shuttling Veterans and VHA employees to and from various VA Maryland Health Care facilities and mass transit stations via designated pick-up/drop-off locations and routes. The VA Maryland Health Care System s website provides some shuttle information and it can be seen by visiting https://www.maryland.va.gov/patients/shuttle.asp. This acquisition will be totally set aside for competition among small businesses under NAICS code 485999; the U. S. Small Business Administration s (SBA) size standard for this NAICS code is $15 million. The intended contract will be a 5-year fixed price contract. The targeted solicitation release timeframe is early June 2018. The targeted start date for the provision of the shuttle transportation services is August 1, 2018.
