- Description
- Sole Source J&A M CIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Regional Contracting Office hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source firm-fixed price purchase order to Harris Corporation, 1680 University Ave, Rochester, NY 14610 under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1. This requirement is for services on the warranty and maintenance of Harris radios currently in use at Marine Corps Installations East locations. A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M6700118Q0022) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency.
