- The subject requirement is for the acquisition of 25 ground tire NSNs. Each NSN in this population meets the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) performance standard SAE-J-2014 "Pneumatic Tires for Military Tactical Wheeled Vehicles." All items are FSC 2610. An Indefinite Quantity Long-Term Contract with a three-year base period is anticipated. Small Business Size Standard is 1500 for NAICs 326211.Solicitation will be unrestricted with other than full & open competition. Trade Agreements applies. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. Due to system constraints, it may take as long as three business days from the stated issue date for the solicitation to post to DIBBS. Hard copies are not available. Increments and delivery schedule will be noted on the RFP. FOB Destination will be noted on RFP. Inspection/Acceptance requirements will be noted on RFP. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote, which shall be considered. The Government is conducting an LPTA source selection IAW FAR 15.101-2. Based upon market research, the Government is using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 (Acquisition of Commercial Items) in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. NSN Est.
