- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE FOR INFORMATION AND ACQUISITION PLANNING PURPOSES. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) AND A FORMAL SOLICITATION IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME. THIS NOTICE DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A COMMITMENT BY THE GOVERNMENT TO ISSUE AN RFQ, CONTRACT, OR ORDER. Any contractor who wishes to identify their interests and capability to provide this product must provide product specifications, performance and delivery information by notifying the Contract Specialist no later than 2:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, May 22, 2018. Notification shall be e-mailed to joseph.alexander.13@us.af.mil. Please provide your company's business size, CAGE Code, if you are capable of meeting this requirement. DESCRIPTION OF WORK The scope of this acquisition consists of supplying a 64" Roland VG-640 TruVIS VG Printer/Cutter [or equal] to the 437 MXS located at Joint Base Charleston, South Carolina. This printer cutter will be used to print vinyl stencils. The vendor shall provide a printer with following properties and include the services below: •1) Consists of a full set (9) of 500 ml inks •2) Include Roland Versa Works software [or equal] •3) Roland take -up wheel [or equal] •4) Onsite Installation & Training •5) 2 year labor & Roland parts warranty •6) Supplied with 60 inch x 150 foot Arlon matte banner & Arlon gloss adhesive vinyl
