Description

This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE Order under FAR Part 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The government intends to award an open market sole source Order to Velocity Software, Inc. located at 196 Castro St Ste D, Mountain View, CA 94041-2802 for zVPS Product Suite (including z/MAP, z/MON zTCP, and zWEB) Velocity Software, Inc. is the Sole Source for the manufacturing, maintenance and licensing of the zVPS (Velocity Software's Performance Suite) product suite, as well as ZTUNE (Performance Support Subscription) and zPRO (Cloud Management Solution) This NOTICE is NOT a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and no solicitation will be publicized. Responses to this notice will be evaluated by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability and respond to the requirement no later than 10 AM EST, May 23, 2018. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
