- Answers to Questions - 17 May 2018 *** Answers to questions for this requirement have been added to the attachments of this post. All questions are due by Friday, 18 May 2018. *** *** Answers to initial questions for this requirement have been added to the attachments of this post. As a reminder, the site visit will be held on Wednesday, 16 May 2018 at 10:00am. *** This is a requirement for Shower and Locker Room Trailers as indicate below. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is # F2MTBG8053AW01 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). See attachment for the RFQ. This purchase is Small Business Set-aside. This NAICS code is 336212 and the size standard is 1,000 employees. Please respond to this RFQ by emailing response to the Primary point of contact (POC) below. When submitting questions please use the sample format provided in the attachments. For site visits a base pass is required to gain access. Please utilize the pass request format and submit 24 hrs. prior or earlier to obtain a pass. Passes can be picked up at the JBSA Lackland Visitor Center, see below for request format. Site Visit. A site visit will be conducted on 16 May 2018 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm., please submit for a Base Pass for access onto JBSA Lackland in the following format.
