- To All Prospective Contractors: The following are the responses to questions posed by prospective Offerors and received on May 14, 2018. All questions have been quoted from those posed to this Office. QUESTION 1.What format and transport will be available to support integration with the ThreatStream resource? ANSWER 1.Selected vendor for award will be responsible for collaborating with Anomali ThreatStream and/or Maltego Transforms to determine if/how their product will provide the capabilities sought by the Senate in the RFP. QUESTION 2.Will STIX 2.x be required for both incoming data and outgoing data as deployed from the selected product? ANSWER 2.There is no immediate requirement for STIX 2.x. However, all data and integration must be compatible with Anomali ThreatStream and Maltego Transforms. Additional/optional capabilities should be annotated by the vendor. QUESTION 3.What is the approximate estimate number of ingested feeds? ANSWER 3.These is no estimated number of feeds, but they must be near real-time and compliment existing intel services (RFP 1b, 3) at a minimum. QUESTION 4.What are the timescales for the production deployment? From acquisition, planning, implementation. ANSWER 4.The Senate anticipates making an award in late August 2018. QUESTION 5.At point 8. of the RFP. Does the solution track bitcoin addresses? Do you mean Bitcoin wallet addresses? ANSWER 5.Any associated address generated with a BitCoin transaction, to include BitCoin wallet. QUESTION 6. Does US Senate already subscribe to any commercial threat feeds/providers that are relevant to the Intelligence requirements described here? ANSWER 6.Yes, Anomali ThreatStream and Maltego Transforms.
