- Performance Work Statement Notice of Sole Source Award Redacted Single Source Justification Aircraft Fleet Services. The solicitation number is FA8601-18-R-0070. The NAICS Code is 488190 and the small business size standard is $32,500,000. The government (AFLCMC/PZIBB) intends to acquire Aircraft Fleet Services from Empire Aircraft Services, the incumbent for the current Aircraft Fleet Services contract (FA8601-13-C-0009) for the period from 1 June 2018 through 30 June 2018. This notice is posted for the purpose of publicizing a sole source award. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement.
