- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation in which this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. THIS PROJECT IS RESTRICTED TO THE FIVE (5) PREVIOUSLY SELECTED MATOC CONTRACTS ONLY. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY, THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. IDIQ MATOC Task Order for Replacement of Water Lines (Phase 3B) and Reconfiguration of the Missouri Parking Lot located at VA Hines, IL. The five (5) contractors and current contract numbers are as follows: W912QR-14-D-0022 - Northview Enterprises W912QR-14-D-0023 - Semper Tek, Inc.
