- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Field Acquisition Office in Grand Prairie, Texas intends to make a single award for the provision a Life Connections Programs (LCP) Protestant Spiritual Guide for the Federal Correctional Complex (FCC) Petersburg - Low. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 813110 Religious Organization. The size standard is $7.5 million. All duties shall be performed in accordance with standards and methods generally accepted within the industry and in compliance with all Federal and State policy and regulations. The Government contemplates awarding an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from this solicitation. The contract period shall consist of a 12 month base performance period with four 12 month option performance periods for renewal and a 6 month extension period. The contractor will provide an estimate of 1488 sessions (1 session equal1 hour) per contract year in accordance to the Statement of Work. The solicitation will be made available on or about May 18, 2018, and will be distributed solely through the General Administrations Federal Business Opportunities website at http://www.fbo.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information regarding this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The anticipated date for receipt of quotes is June 8, 2018, at 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time (CST). This solicitation is woman owned small business set aside. Faith-based and Community-based organizations can submit quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
