- This agency proposes to issue a solicitation for a long-term strategic contract, in accordance with part number(s) 9707MK3, which will include one NSN: 4920-99-399-8202, Gauge, Assembly, Flight line Pressure, The proposed action is intended to be awarded competitively. This item is solicited on an Unrestricted Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Terms are FOB Destination and Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. First Destination Transportation (FDT) applies. Approved Source(s): Ultra Electronics Precision CAGE U6454. This item is not a commercial item. Item is not a critical application item. This item is a stock buy item. Requested delivery is 120 days ARO. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The contract will be effective for Base year period with provisions included to extend the terms of the contract up to two (2) option year periods. The estimated annual quantity is 18 EA per contract period. The contract will include a guaranteed minimum quantity of 5 EA (base year only) and a total contract maximum quantity of 140 EA over the three years. The minimum delivery order is 5 EA and the maximum delivery order quantity is 18 EA. Surge requirements does not apply. Deliveries will be to DLA stock locations on the east and west coast. The final contract award decisions may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is anticipated to be May 17th 2018.
