Draft PWS Sources Sought Document Draft Solicitation Sources Sought ***THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL JBSA Lackland AFB & JBSA Randolph AFB Fire Suppression Services The purpose of this sources sought is to gain market research information for the commerciality and availability of the services listed on the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the future solicitation is expected to be 811310; the size standard is $7.5M. All interested parties must be registered with System for Award Management (SAM), must have a DUNS number, and must have a Tax ID number. The future solicitation is projected to be a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract. The contractor must demonstrate the ability to support the needs listed in the attached draft PWS via a capabilities statement or similar form including how the contractor's quality control plan will avoid having multiple systems retagged at once and what will be done to get those systems back in operable status. Also, please provide any past performance information that has been conducted on previous contracts related to this type of work. As a part of your response, please indicate whether or not you would intend to submit a proposal. Suggestions are welcomed on how the PWS/SOLICITATION could be improved to meet common commercial practices for fire suppression services. See attachments (3 total)
