Description

DOL WAGE DETERMINATION (REFERENCE ONLY) SAM REGISTRATION (REFERENCE ONLY) STATEMENT/SCOPE OF WORK (SOW) ADDENMDUM SF 1449 The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to remanufacture seven (07) General Electric AK2-25-2 circuit breakers in Leamy Hall at the US Coast Guard Academy, New London, CT 06320. In addition, the contractor shall provide trained personnel to perform the work and provide the USCG Academy a primary POC to include a phone number and email address. All remanufacturing work shall be performed at contractor's work site and must be done in accordance with the Scope of Work (SOW) attached. SITE VISIT: If desired, vendors shall contact Mr. Gary Jones, 860-444-8565 (office) or email Gary.w.jones@uscg.mil to schedule a site visit or if you have any questions with regards to Statement of Work (SOW).
