Description

The VA Black Hills Healthcare System, Fort Meade campus, anticipates awarding a sole source procurement for the construction period services for the AE Design Relocate SPS and Endoscopy (BH) to Oculus Inc, located in Saint Louis, Missouri. NAICS code #541330 applies to this procurement. This A/E firm provided the conceptual design, design development, and construction documents for this project. The construction period services were originally included as an option year to the original Task Order but were unable to be awarded due to contract time limitations. The Government intends to negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation will be issued. A determination not to compete this proposed contract is based solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive proposals. Comments regarding this announcement must be received no later than 2:00 pm CT on June 18, 2018. Justification and Approval Document will be made available via FBO in accordance with FAR 6.305.
