Description

This is a Request for Information (RFI) to conduct market research to determine the availability of vendors capable of providing dairy products for the Sheridan VA Medical Center at 1898 Fort Road, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801. This RFI does not guarantee the issuance of an RFQ. If you can provide the dairy products outlined description below, please respond to this RFI with a statement of capabilities. This RFI is issued solely for information and planning purposes it does not commit the Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. The VA will not accept unsolicited proposals. Responders are advised that the U.S. Government will not pay for any information or administrative costs incurred in response to this RFI; all costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the interested vendor's expense. Not responding to this RFI does not preclude participation in any future RFQ, if any is issued. Requirements are described in the following with quantities estimated to include a one (1) year period: 2500 each Half Pints, Chocolate Milk 3500 each Half Pints, Whole Milk 30000 each Half Pints, 1% Milk 25000 each Half Pints, Skim Milk 300 each Gallons, Chocolate Milk 400 each Gallons, Whole Milk 1600 each Gallons 1% Milk 300 each Gallons Chocolate Milk 400 each Gallons 1% Milk 400 each 5LB Cottage Cheese 4000 each 6 oz. Yogurt 96 each 32 oz. Yogurt 2080 each 25PK Dixie Ice Cream Cups 24 each/boxes Popsicles 75 each/boxes Fudgesicles 5 each 3 Gallon Buckets Vanilla Ice Cream 24 each containers Eggnog Please provide a response with a capability statement of your company s ability to provide all the products listed.
