- This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only Solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written Solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 36C24818Q0618 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The attached solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-97 dated 1/24/2018. Responses should be sent to shirley.courtney@va.gov. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 485991 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). All offerors who provide goods or services must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) located on the web at https://www.sam.gov and registered/verified in the VIP database at https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov/. The government anticipates awarding a Firm-fixed price contract. An award will be made to lowest price quote, which conforms to the requirements within this solicitation and represents the best price to the government. The government reserves the right to award more than one contract for NF/SG VHS Special Mode Transportation needs. Description of Supplies requested: The Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 08, North Florida/South Georgia, Veterans Health System, requires Special Mode Transportation Services.
