- U.S. GOVERNMENT Expressions of Interest Sought The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Lincoln County Service Center in Fayetteville, Tennessee, is interested in leasing approximately 3,800 contiguous, first class, high quality rentable square feet of office and related space together with 22 on-site paved parking spaces. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,300 ANSI/BOMA Office area (ABOA) square feet of contiguous, first class, high quality office space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain. The lease term requirement is for ten (10) years and be fully serviced. To be considered, the office location must be within the city limits of Fayetteville, TN. Preference will be given to first floor space. The space must be available for occupancy on or about January 1, 2019.
