Description
Four year, Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). Minimum guaranteed quantity-7ea. Maximum possible 4 year quantity-25ea. Prices would remain valid for the life of the IDIQ. Purchase Description: Portable automated weigh-in-motion system to electronically weigh and measure cargo using laser load. The system should be able to automatically calculate and output load length, width, height, weight, center of balance (CB) and cube data for each piece. The requirement includes the system to provide output the data in a format that Transportation Coordinator's Automated Information for Movement Systems, version II (TC-AIMS II) technology system can accept automatically vs. manual input, thereby reducing measurement and data entry inaccuracies. This will reduce cargo frustrations and the time and effort required to process cargo for deployment. The system needs to consist of 4 weigh in motion pads, 4 wheel load scales, laser cargo profiling, bar code and RFID reader, load planning software and shipping container. Required setup and tear down time should be 30 minutes or less. The system should be able to setup to run on any available power supply and operated by a maximum of 3 people, reducing the manpower requirement. ASC also has a requirement for the portable scales to produce labels. The entire system shall be packaged in a steel crate and should fit into the optional transport container, which is designed to fit on United States Air Force aircraft. HQ ASC also requires on-site (at installation where equipment will be utilized), 2-day training on the portable weigh-in-motion system included in the price per unit. The manufacturer's training should include demonstrating set up, tear down, and interface with TC-AIMS II. Portable Weigh-in-Motion Scale Requirements: • Capacity: 20,000lbs per weigh-in-motion pad or 40,000lbs per axel / Overload Capacity: 200% Full Scale • Scale: 42 X 24 X 1" / 107 x 61 x 2.5 cm, 120 Lbs / 54.5 kg • Operating Speed: 0 - 6 mph • Static Accuracy: +/- 1% of verified gross weight or 10 lbs. whichever is greater • Dynamic Accuracy: +/- 2% - 95% Confidence Interval • Power: 110/220 Volts • Calibration Interval: 1 Year • Interface: TC-AIMS II • Operating Temperature Range: -10 °C to 50 °C Laser Profiling System Spec Sheet Dimensioning Limits: • Height: 12 to 130 inches • Width: 12 to 180 inches • Length: 12 to 200 inches (Static), 12 to Unlimited (Dynamic) Static Accuracy: • Height: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 1) in. of total height • Width: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 1) in. of total width • Length: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 1) in. of total length Dynamic Accuracy • Height: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 1) in. of total height • Width: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 1) in. of total width • Length: (+/- 1%) + (+/- 3) in. of total length • Power: 12/110/220 Volts Operating Temperature: -30 °C to 50 °C
