Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease 3,814 net usable square feet in Gainesville, Florida for use as a warehouse for NF/SG Healthcare System (NF/SG VAMC). The space must be Class A office space no more than one floor and can be provided by modification of existing space. On-site parking for 5 spaces. The proposed term of occupancy is a 15-year lease with a five-year firm term and one 10 year option. If not available a lease for up to 10 years will be considered. Response to RLP, Lease and all Attachments is required by 2:00PM EST on June 4, 2018.
