- This synopsis is published for informational purposes only. No response to this posting is required. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) anticipates issuing an Undefinitized Contract Action (UCA) letter contract for the purchase of twelve (12) obsolescence redesign items for the Secure, Mobile, Anti-Jam, Reliable, Tactical-Terminal (SMART-T) System under existing contract SPRBL1-15-D-0017. SMART-T is a mobile, military satellite communication terminal. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAY-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
