Description: This requirement is for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) supervisor. The indvidual must be American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT) licensed and certified in the state of Kentucky or Tennessee. The contractor shall provide 8 hours of monthly AAMFT approved LMFT supervision for the Family Life Chaplain. This contract will be awarded as a base year plus two (2) option years.
