Description

This is a SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals or quotes. The purpose of this Notice is to obtain information regarding the availability of potential sources in providing factory certified maintenance and OEM repair services for Government owned Parata Pharmacy Dispensing Equipment located at McDonald Army Health Center, Fort Eustis, Virginia. The equipment includes Parata Minis, Parata Max, and Pharmacy 2000. Multiple contracts will not be awarded for this requirement. The Period of Performance is planned to be base year 1 October 2018 through 30 September 2019 and 4 option years of 1 October 2019 through 30 September 2023. This request for potential sources only and is for market research only. If you have the capability and are interested in this requirement, please identify the following information no later than 29 May 2018 at 1 PM EST to the email provided below. Small or Large Business Status Social Economic Group Status, for example - SDVOSB, Veteran Owned DUNS and Cage Code List of products and their specifications. McDonald Army Health Center is seeking capability statement from all interested parties for the purpose of determining the appropriate level of competition. The government reserves the right to consider all businesses based on responses hereto no solicitation exists; therefore, do no request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on FedBizOpps. It is the potential offerors responsibility to monitor these sites for the release of any solicitation or submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes and is not to be construed as a commitment by the government nor will the government payfor information solicited.
