- Items 1 and 7: Print face and back, head to head, in K + Pantone 300U in heavy coverage with full bleeds background with process images or illustrations and type/ line/ rule matter reversing out to white on both sides, and a fine line departmental logo on face. Perf on the horizontal center of the layout. Fold to 9-1/4 x 5-7/8", bind/glue, perforate3/8" on 3 sides. All perforations MUST create a trim appearance, so that the edges are clean and free of burrs and indentations after detachment. Items 2 and 10: Print Face only, before construction, in 4-color process with bleeds and process images or illustrations and type/ line/ rule matter reversing out to white and a fine line departmental logo. Convert to standard #10 window envelope. Cover inside of window with clear plastic glassine cover. Items 3 and 11: Print Face and back, head to head in 4-Color process with bleeds and process images or illustrations and type/ line/ rule matter reversing out to white and a fine line departmental logo. Bleeds 3 4 of 7 sides. After printing, Flood Coat both sides with a non-yellowing Satin Aqueous Coating. Round corner all 4 corners. Fugitive glue item 3 to item 4 and item 11 to item 12 in upper right corner of letter. (See Letter for Positioning) Items 4 and 12: Print Face Only, in 4-Color process without bleeds and process images or illustrations and type/ line/ rule matter reversing out to white and a fine line departmental logo. This item will have the Policy card attached with fugitive glue. It will then address, Tri-fold letter so that complete address shows in window and insert into #10 envelope. Items 5, 6, 8 and 9: Print face and back, head to head in 4-Color Process in heavy coverage with full bleeds consisting of type matter that reverses to appear white, small process built fine line departmental logo. After printing, Flood Coat Side 1 ONLY with a non-yellowing Satin Aqueous Coating. In addition to the Bindery/finishing mentioned above, chosen provider will process provided addresses via NCOA/CASS to adjust final list for standard issues such as bad addresses, plus remove: Truncated addresses, Commercial addresses. Client will be using USPS Informed Delivery, which requires client to upload mailing lists to the USPS platform in the form of 11 digit zip codes (Zip 11) The chosen provider will need to produce a list of 11 digit Zip codes based on the clients existing address list. Contractor to return to agency the Final list, Including Zip 11, After CASS system processing. There are 4 different Batch Mailings on this solicitation. Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the correct files remain with the correct mailing. Job Summaries and detailed schedule and requirements are attached.
