- Please see attached solicitation (i) The Indiana National Guard is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement in accordance with FAR 13.303 -- Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) for the lease and service of portable toilets, hand washing stations, and grey water removal. This is NOT a solicitation for a contract. (ii) W912L9-18-Q-0005 this solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) under FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures as well as FAR part 12 commercial service TO ESTABLISH A BPA ONLY. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 Effective: 06 Nov 2017and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement Change Notice (DPN) 20180418 Effective 20 Apr 2018. (iv) This BPA is being issued as a total small business set aside under NAICS code 562991 and small business size standard of $7.50 million. (v) The Government intends to award (1) BPA BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT to include a competed established price sheet for services and supply of portable toilets, hand washing station, and grey water within the geographic area of Camp Atterbury Edinburgh Indiana as well as Muscatatuck Urban Training Center (MUTC) located near Butlerville, Indiana. Solicit as a 100% small business set-aside. (vi). Please see attached PWS for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Period of Performance 15 JUNE 2018 through 31 MAY 2023 with the option to renew each year following a mandatory annual review. (FAR 13.303-6) The total of the basic and option periods shall not exceed 5 years. The place of delivery / acceptance and FOB destination point is Camp Atterbury Edinburgh IN 46124 and Muscatatuck Urban Training Center Butlerville Indiana.
