- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Humphreys Engineer Center (HECSA) requires Construction services for aasbestos removal and testing, lead removal and additional ceilings to Office Space in rooms 309 and 310. The contract shall be awarded as a Firm Fixed Price. The Contractor shall provide services to accomplish this task as described in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) in accordance with the attached asbestos and lead findings report (Exhibit A). This project duration should not exceed 30 calendar days, post award. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (21-MAY-2018); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
