The dimensions for the mule is 34 L, 34 W, 42 H. However, this requirement is for brand name or equal product. Must have a steel boxed enclosure for the entire rear cargo area. Does it need internal frames inside the box for shelves to place the mail boxes on? How many shelves if so and the spacing? No internal frames needed. Keep inside open. Can you send a picture of what you mean by coil spring covers to secure items? No picture available. The doors for the rear cargo boxed enclosure need to be able to stay open when needed and be able to close and lock. A Kubota X1100 equals comes factory with A/C and heating. Do you wish us to take that out? The A/C can be left in if it is standard, but it is not a required spec. REMINDERS: Quotes are due by 04:00PM Eastern Standard time on May 24, 2018. Quotes received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
