- Description
- The United States Army Contracting Command-Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for four hundred ninety-four (494) M872A4 Semitrailers. This requirement will be solicited on a sole source basis to Talbert Manufacturing, Inc. (Talbert). A contract modification will be issued under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(A)(2)(II)(A) and (B), only one responsible source and no other source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. ACC-WRN plans to negotiate solely with Talbert as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1(A)(2)(A) and (B) for fulfillment of the requirement. This is notice of intent, not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation of offers.
