This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 36C24718Q0670 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. The associated NAICS code is 238330, Flooring Contractors. This is set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. The requirement is for use at the Carl Vinson VA Medical Center. Delivery location is Carl Vinson Veterans Health Administration Medical Center, 1826 Veterans Blvd, Dublin, Georgia 31021. Area of flooring to be replaced is approximately 2,610 square feet. Linear perimeter of cove base to be replaced is approximately 730 feet. Approximately 50 locations where door threshold transitions strips will be required.
