Description
The US Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the System Analysis Division (SAD) in the Systems Engineering Directorate (SED), located at US Army ARDEC, Picatinny Arsenal, New Jersey is conducting a market survey to locate potential companies capable of providing dedicated OneSAF support regarding documentation, source code, and model usage. The contractor shall provide OneSAF modification(s): The Contractor shall provide expertise to modify and support SAD personnel in the modification of OneSAF to meet customer needs. Both methodology, development and coding expertise shall be provided to the SAD in Building 12 at Picatinny Arsenal. The contractor shall assess the "Usability risks" associated with any software modifications made to the OneSAF model(s) in terms of the difficulties and errors that users experience with the modified software. The contractor shall work with the government to assess the "Usability risks" and devise risk mitigation strategies (e.g., redesign, training, and reassignment of duties to other personnel). The contractor shall provide OneSAF maintenance consulting support to SAD in the maintenance of OneSAF software and the IT infrastructure employed. The contractor shall provide OneSAF Model Execution: Provide a capability to execute OneSAF computer runs at contractor's facility in support of SAD projects and programs, as needed. The contractor shall provide OneSAF High Level Architecture/Distributive Interactive Simulation (HLA/DIS) Integration: Provide expertise and capability to integrate OneSAF with other modeling tools. The contractor shall provide support both remotely from the contractor's facility and on-site in building 12, Picatinny Arsenal, as needed in support of SAD projects and programs. Contractor must have an existing Secret Clearance as a minimum. For this service to be performed, the contractor shall have legal access/permissions from PEO STRI to use and modify PEO STRI's government owned OneSAF model. The contractor shall have existing expertise and experience with the OneSAF model and shall be capable of moving forward with the requirements without OneSAF training and orientation. Include your company's capabilities along with company name, address, telephone number, technical point of contact, Cage Code, Company Size (specify whether large, or small business), and provide information on any current Government wide acquisition contracts (GWACs). The U.S. Government implies no intention or opportunity to acquire funding to support current or future efforts. If a formal solicitation is generated at a later date, a solicitation notice will be published. No award will be made as a result of this market survey. All information is to be submitted at no cost or obligation to the Government. The Government reserves the right to reject, in whole or in part, any private sector input as a result of this market survey. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
