Description

Instructions. Request for Quote This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This Request for Quotes is for supplies described in the solicitation Schedule of Items, Statement of Work, and attached drawings. The work shall consist of furnishing and delivering abutment timbers and related materials as described in the solicitation. Contractor will need to furnish the equipment required to unload materials at point of delivery. THE CONTRACT IS FOR ABUTMENT MATERIALS ONLY, AS SHOWN ON SHEETS 2, 6, AND 7 OF THE ATTACHED DRAWINGS. - All timbers shall be Coastal Region Douglas Fir-Larch Rough Sawn. No.1 Grade. - Grading Rules Agency - WWPA, WCLIB - Treatment: Copper Naphthenate - Hardware shall be unfinished, Meet AASHTO M270 requirements, Grade 36, Malleable iron washers. This is a Full and Open Competition with no set-aside. Quotes are due June 1 at 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time. Questions can be submitted in writing to the Contracting Specialist at djstulc@fs.fed.us.
