- Wage Determination TE 4 Clauses PWS 1)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2)The solicitation number is W912JB-Q-0044 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and 100% set aside for Total Small Business 3)This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-27. The NAICS is 562119 and the size standard is $38,500,000. 4)The Michigan Army National Guard has a requirement for the rental of portable toilets and hand washing stations at Camp Grayling, Michigan from 30 May 2018 - 15 June 2018.
