- Attached is the amended SOW as of 22 May. Attached is the amended Q&A spreadsheet as of 22 May. This announcement serves as a notice to all potential offerors that the Illinois Army National Guard, USPFO, Contracting Office, 1301 N. MacArthur Blvd, Springfield, IL 62702 (IL-ARNG) is requesting quotes under solicitation number W91SMC-18-Q-1006 for the Recruiting and Retention Recognition and Promotion Items (RPIs) to be delivered approximately 22 June 2018. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the requirement is as follows: 339999 All Other Miscellaneous Manufacturing. Offerors shall review the attached 1449 for all details pertaining to this requirement. The final statement of work is also available within the 1449. Review provision 52.212-1 (Instructions to Offerors) and 52.212-2 (Evaluation) to get instructions on how to submit quotes and how they will be evaluated. If your quote does not meet the criteria outlined in these provisions and does not meet the specs listed in the statement of work it will be graded as unacceptable and will not be eligible for award. Quotes for this requirement will be due NLT May 24, 2018 at 12:00 PM CST. All questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be be submitted no later than 18 MAY 2018 and must be provided on the attached question and answer spreadsheet. The Government is not obligated to provide responses to all questions submitted by Offerors, but will consider them and incorporate changes into the RFQ as deemed necessary. Government responses to questions will be posted through FBO within the specific RFQ assigned to this requirement for review by all Offerors. Therefore, questions/comments shall not be marked with a restrictive legend and shall not include proprietary information. It is preferred that only one set of questions be submitted by each Offeror instead of multiple sets of questions. When submitting questions and comments, offerors shall populate the Question and Answer spreadsheet attached on this solicitation. Offerors are advised to continuously monitor the RFQ posting on the FBO website for new information. The Offerors are deemed to have knowledge of all documents that are posted to the FBO website. This requreiment is set aside for small business only. It is highly recommended that your quotes include virtual proofs. If the products in your quote do not meet all of the specs listed in the SOW it will not be considered for award. Be sure to spell out all of the specifications for each RPI so that we can ensure they are all met. The answers to all of the questions are attached as well as the amended statement of work. A small change has been made to the shipping requirements for the travel mugs. Vendors will be able to ship in bundles of 24-36. See the changes in the new amended SOW and amended questions and answer spreadsheet.
