Description

Notice of Award Sole Source The Regional Health Contracting Office, Fort Hood, Texas intends to award a Firm Fixed-Price sole source award to Bayer Healthcare, LLC, a large business, under authority of Federal Acquisition Regulation, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Only one source reasonably available (e.g., urgency, exclusive licensing agreement, brand name or industrial mobilization) for Irwin Army Community Hospital, Fort Riley, Kansas for non-personal service to provide maintenance services for the Medrad Stellant® D CT Injection System. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219, and the size standard is $20.5M. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source award to Bayer Healthcare, LLC for non-personal service to provide maintenance services for the Medrad Stellant® D CT Injection System. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) Contracting Officer may solicit from one source if the Contracting Officer determines that the circumstances of the award action warrant only one source is reasonably available. The Regional Health Contracting Office intends to make a sole source award to Bayer Healthcare, LLC, 100 Bayer Blvd, Whippany, NJ 07981.
