- **The purpose of this amendment is to extend the quotes due date to May 25th at 7pm CST. Quotes and attachments should be emailed to the contract specialist at sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil.** This request for quotation (RFQ) is to support the Defense Information System Agency (DISA)'s requirement reinforce the flooring system in Building 57439B. Building 57439B (a temporary modular building on metal support stands and steel beams) at Ft. Huachuca, AZ. The building requires reinforcement of the building's subflooring, raised flooring, and foundational supports under a new UPS with a maximum weight of 10,000 pounds. This is not a construction requirement, therefore FAR Parts 14 & 36 are not applicable. Each contractor should read the RFQ DJTMZ8D6227 document, as well as Attachments 1-6, in order to understand the nature and administrative requirements of this RFQ, to include the evaluation factors for award. The Government reserves the right not to consider for award any quotation that does not adhere to the administrative requirements of this RFQ. Site visits may only be conducted May 2-8th. Attachment 4 contains that information. Questions should be directed to the contract specialist at sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil by May 10, 2018 at 1000am CST. The Government reserves the right not to answer any questions submitted after this date. Quotations are due on May 25th at 7:00pm (CT) and should be submitted to the contract specialist at DITCO via the following email address: sharon.e.brace.civ@mail.mil.
