Description

The Battle Creek VA Medical Center (BCVAMC), located at 5500 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for contractor to provide Employment and Life Skills Training Services. This procurement has been set-aside 100% for award to Small Business concerns. Offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered and shall be rejected. Anticipated award date is July 2, 2018 for a base period of one (1) year plus four (4) one (1) year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. No telephone requests will be accepted. Solicitation packages will be available on or about May 25, 2018. Electronic solicitations may be obtained at no cost from the following URL: www.fbo.gov. All questions will be answered via Solicitation amendment. Questions must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer at the following e-mail address: olalekan.ismail@va.gov no later than June 1, 2018. Quotations are due no later than 12:00 PM (EST) on June 8, 2018 by email olalekan.ismail@va.gov or at Network Contract Office 10 (NCO10), 8888 Keystone Crossing, Suite 1100, Indianapolis, IN 46240 NAICS 624310 applies. Size standards $11 Million.
