QUESTIONS and ANSWERS FOR RFQ 36C24818Q0792 PEGASUS MEDICAL CONCEPTS: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL (EQUAL ITEMS MUST INTERCONNECT WITH EXISTING EQUIPMENT) QUESTION #1: The bid states that these products are Pegasus products, but that they will accept products that are similar. They also state that similar products must be capable of being interconnected with existing Pegasus products they now have. Do you know which of the products in the list they provided, need to have interconnecting capability? ANSWER #1: The frames must be able to hold the Pegasus drawers and be able to attach the tracks that the baskets load into. QUESTION #2: Regarding your specifications for the Open Frame Carts, the request is for 50 high (1270mm) the Pegasus site shows these at 67 ¼ (1710mm) high.  Can I ask the question (when you indicate10 baskets do they mean 10 x 2 (50mm) to give us an indication of the height? ANSWER #2: The frame must be able to hold up to 10 baskets ranging from 1 to 4 high. But must be able to hold at least 10, 1 baskets. QUESTION #3: Does our system have to connect to the existing Pegasus Medical Concepts system?   ANSWER #3: Yes, they do for security and stabilization purposes. Also see Question #1 and Answer #1.
