Description

Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to perform the work identified at the Hot Springs VA Medical Center located at 500 North 5th Street, Hot Springs, SD 57747. Work includes, but is not limited to: (1) abate approximately 120 linear feet of pipe of ¾ inch diameter asbestos containing pipe insulation and 21 T s and elbows in Building 1, Room B3; (2) abate the pipe insulation per local, State of South Dakota, and Federal requirements; (3) re-insulate the piping, T s and elbows in Building 1, Room B3; (4) abate approximately 300 square feet of Linoleum Flooring in Building 5, Room 215; and (5) install new flooring in Building 5, Room 215. All work shall be performed in accordance with the contract terms and conditions, specifications and drawings, and all applicable VA and local codes. Solicitation Number 36C263-18-Q-0614 this effort will be posted to FedBizOpps (www.fedbizopps.gov) on or about June 23, 2018. This solicitation will contain all necessary specifications, drawings and other information necessary to bid the project. An Organized Site Visit Will Not be held for this project. See Solicitation for specific Contact Information for Site Visit. Proposals are scheduled to be due on Wednesday June 13, 2018 at 2:00 PM CT (See solicitation for specific information regarding time for submitting your proposal. The Period of Performance is expected to be 14 calendar days from the receipt of Notice-to-Proceed. THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR SERVICE-DISABLED VETERAN-OWNED SMALL BUSINESSES (SDVOSBs) UNDER PUBLIC LAW 109-461. Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects: The estimated cost of the total project is Less Than $25,000.00.
