- N0016418RJN72 - EXPEDITIONARY WARFARE MASTERS DEGREE- PSC: U009 - NAICS 611310 Anticipated Issue Date: 18 June 2018 - Closing Date: 03 August 2018 - 2:00 PM EST (EDT) ITEM DESCRIPTION: Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for a Master of Science Degree in Expeditionary Warfare. The program shall provide an introduction to the underpinning technologies and their applications as applied by Department Of Defense engineers and scientist in design, development, prototyping, test and evaluation, procurement, and integration of Expeditionary Warfare systems. The courses shall be part of an accredited engineering program. The accreditation shall be through signatories of the Washington Accord and the accreditation must be within the signatories own jurisdiction. Recommend full and open competition from Universities that can meet the requirements. Major elements of work include class preparation, presentation and scoring. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition IAW FAR 6.1. The anticipated contract type is a Firm Fixed Priced, Indefinite Delivery, Requirements, Service Contract. The anticipated delivery is FOB Destination, NSWC Crane, Indiana. Pricing structure will be on a per class basis, with potential requirement period of five (5) years from the date of award. Estimated contract maximum value is $8 million dollars. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
