Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, intends to award a annual renewal software license renewal contract to Trofholz, 250 Technology Way, Rocklin, California, 95765 for software licenses for C-Cure 9000 and VideoEdge which were originally purchased in fiscal year 2017. Trofholz is contracted to perform preventative maintenance on equipment which interfaces with this software; Trofholz cannot perform this duty without annual renewal of the software. Trofholz is a SDVOSB; in accordance with FAR 6.302-5 is authorized by statute to receive this contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same product to Joseph M. Locke, Contracting Officer at joseph.locke@va.gov. May 30, 2017 no later than 2pm EST for consideration for future procurements. All information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary.
