- This solicitation is being issued as 100% total small business set-aside. The solicitation is for meat slicers to be delivered to Commissaries located in CONUS, Far East, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Hawaii. A firm fixed price, requirements contract is contemplated. The solicitation will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fedbizopps.gov. Offerors may obtain a copy of the solicitation at this site. The FSC is 7320, the size standard is 500 employees, and the NAICS Code is 333241 for this requirement. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be considered by the above agency. By submission of an offer, the offeror acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database to include listing NAICS Code 333241 in the database prior to award of any contract resulting from this solicitation.
