Description

The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48106 is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about May 23,2018 and intends to award a single award, firm fixed price, IDIQ contract for Emergency Residential Services within the city limits of Grand Rapids, Michigan for beneficiaries of the Battle Creek VA Medical Center. NAICS Code 624221, size standard $11.0 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13 and VAAAR 873. The contractor shall provide bed space, housing, meals and therapeutic case management services for up to 14 homeless veterans. Period of performance shall be Five One-year ordering periods, September 25, 2018 to September 24, 2023 in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, and conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
