- Statement ofWork - Bulk Fuel Request Montana Army National Guard, 260th ENG is requesting fuel support, 18,000 Gallons of #1 Diesel (dyed), to be picked up by the customer in or around Billings, Montana OR delivered by the vendor to WACO MT, Custer Frontage Rd., South on Bull Mountain 2 miles up to WACO training area. Please quote on either pickup OR delivery OR both. If no delivery, the unit will come to you. Must be capable of filling large military 2,500 gallon tanker 1. Vendor must be located in or around Billings MT within 60 miles. 2. Diesel will be picked up by the customer at the vendor's location or delivered per above request options. 3. 18,000 Gallons of #1 Diesel, dyed fuel. 4. Fuel will be pumped into a single 2,500 gallon military fuel tanker. a. Top loaded when fueled 5. Fuel will be needed between June 1st and 14th. Coordination will be made after Contract is awarded. 6. Please submit your quote by by 5/25/18 to Shane.a.mundt.civ.mil@mail.mil NLT 1000 hrs mountain time zone. a.
