- Industry Day #3 Registration Form The Army Contracting Command - Rock Island, the Project Manager, Maneuver Ammunition Systems, the Joint Munitions Command, and the LCAAP Commander will be hosting a 3rd Industry Day for the planned competition for the production of small caliber ammunition and the operation, maintenance, and modernization of LCAAP beginning in Fiscal Year 2020. Industry Day #3 will occur at two locations: the Adams Pointe Conference Center, Courtyard Marriott and LCAAP the week of August 27, 2018. The event will consist of one-on-one sessions and customized tours specific to each firm's request.
