- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division, intends to procure fabricated parts for the Universal Modular Mass (UMM). the items include washers, spings, plates, screws, clamps and rollers. The items will be procured in accordance with NAVSEA Drawings. Due to the subject matter of this requirement, those interested in obtaining the Request for Quotations (RFQ) shall make their request by email only, and submit a copy of the DD Form 2345 Joint Certification Program (JCP) Certificate to the email contact below. After which, the RFQ will be sent out, along with a separate mailing of the drawings CD to the email listed point of contact and location. This procurement will be Firm Fixed Price, Total Small Business Set Aside and will be issued using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
