Description

The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Philadelphia VA Medical Center located at 3900 Woodland Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19104 has a future BRAND NAME ONLY requirement for the following YORK Chiller parts: Item #1: York Variable Speed Drive, P/N MVVSD0900RK-84, adaptive control logic to motor speed adjustment, compressor pre-ventilation cane position, floor mounted, 4160 volts, 0-95 percent power factor at all loads, dual power transformer, KW meter, over/under voltage protection Item #2: York Optiview Control Panel for Model YK Centrifugal Chiller, 10.4 diagonal color Liquid Crystal Diode display, English, smart freeze protection, countdown message display, system operating information, digital programming, set point universal keypad, status message indicating text display, safety shutdown for equipment and VSD, cycling shutdown command, security alarm, remote interface with BMS. THIS IS DELIVERY OF SUPPLIES ONLY. NO INSTALLATION IS REQUIRED. THIS IS A BRAND NAME ONLY REQUIREMENT. ANY INTERESTED PARTIES SHALL BE AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR/RESELLER OF YORK/JOHNSON CONTROLS, AND PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF SUCH WITH YOUR RESPONSE TO THIS NOTICE. ALL INTERESTED PARTIES MUST ALSO HAVE AN ACTIVE REGISTRATION IN THE SYSTEM FOR AWARD MANAGEMENT (SAM) DATABASE. TO REGISTER, PLEASE VISIT WWW.SAM.GOV.
