- Sources Sought - Water Distribution This is a SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS. This Sources Sought notice is for informational and planning purposes only. It does not constitute a Solicitation and is not to be considered as a commitment by the Government. All firms responding to this sources sought notice are advised that their response to this notice is not a request that will be considered for contract award. The information from this market research is for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The primary North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code applicable to this requirement is 221310 with a size standard of 7 million. The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of qualified commercial sources technically capable of providing the below: The MICC-ICO - Fort Gordon, GA is seeking capability and availability of potential contractors to perform a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP), Purchase Order Contract to provide Water for the Pointes West Recreation Area for Fort Gordon, GA. This is a utility contract. The period of performance for this contract will be one (1) base year and four (4), one (1)-year options. The purpose of this Sources Sought Synopsis is to determine the availability of qualified contractors to perform these services to include Certified Small Businesses, 8(a) contractors, HUBZone Certified Small Business Concerns, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Small Disadvantaged Businesses, and Women-Owned Businesses. Offerors are requested to respond to this Sources Sought Synopsis with the following information which shall not exceed five pages: 1) Company name and Point of Contact information (address, telephone, e-mail, web-site, etc.) 2) DUNS number and CAGE code 3) Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.) 4) Familiarity and knowledge of the requirement. Responses are due no later than 1100 EST, Thursday, 15 June 2018, and shall be electronically submitted to): Leon McKenzie at leon.m.mckenzie.civ@mail.mil. All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
