Description
GSA Public Buildings Service U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Jackson City: Tennessee Delineated Area: North: Ashport Rd to Old Humbolt Rd to Ashport Rd East: Old Medina Rd to Campbell St South: Forest Avenue West: Hollywood Dr to Hwy 412 to Country Club Lane to Pleasant Plains Ext, to Pleasant Plants Rd. Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,009 ABOA SF Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 10,009 ABOA SF Space Type: Office/Warehouse Parking Spaces (Per local code): Approximately 50 parking spaces Full Term: 15 years Firm Term: 10 years Cancellation Rights: 90 days Additional Requirements: • Space must be in a contiguous block of space. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. • Space above ground level must be serviced by at least two accessible elevators, one of which may be a freight elevator. • Basement or below grade space is unacceptable. • Space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. • Space must be easily accessible by public. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
