Description

Statement of Work/Technical Requirements Document Combined Synopsis/Solicitation AFTC/PZIE, Eglin AFB FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source, firm fixed price contract for a Multi-Spectral Test Set under the authority of FAR 13.501(a)(1) to Textron Systems d/b/a AAI Corporation. This is the only company capable of performing all the requirements needed by 16 EWS. It is within the best interest of the Government to proceed with a sole source acquisition. This action is for the requirements as listed in the attached Combined Synopsis/Solicitation document. These items must be delivered to: EGLIN AFB, FL 32542 no later than 9 Months ARO or sooner on an FOB Destination basis. The North American Industry Classification System for this acquisition is 334515, small business size standard of 750 employees. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs. The Government will consider all responses received by 12:00 PM CST, 30 June 2018. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
